The Benson Law Firm, named for W. Jack Benson, Jr., has been practicing in state and federal courts since 1987. We practice trial law and have extensive experience in a wide variety of civil, criminal and government cases. The Benson Law Firm represents clients from the seriously injured individual to those accused of criminal misconduct. Our associations include the following: American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and Chattanooga Bar Association.

We are committed to serving our community and making Chattanooga a better place to live and work. Our law firm has been active in many civic and community endeavors, including Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Chattanooga, Ladies of Charity, Hamilton County Civil Service Board and numerous other charitable organizations. W. Jack Benson, Jr. has also served as an adjunct professor for many years at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga teaching personal injury and criminal law .
