Government Law

Government law is a wide area of law. We represent many government employees over disputes and wrongful terminations. Many of these cases are won based on thorough preparation and knowledge of the particular rules and laws that apply to each employee. Some employees enjoy civil service status and many others are protected through the policy handbook of the government employer.

We have successfully appealed many employee terminations to our Chancery Courts. We recently forced a local municipality to release their billings under Tennessee’s sunshine laws. Experience is the key to Governmental Law.
